Position Summary
Responsible for the development, administration, and coordination of a variety of training programs. Collaboration with HQ/RHQ office, local marketing and PM groups, various internal & external stakeholders to create and execute outstanding product and soft skill trainings for internal field force and in-store sales people (FSMs – floor salesman) across channels such as brand store, telco partners and consumer electronic stores among others. Role and Responsibilities
- Develops and coordinates training programs (online, offline and coaching) and content plans for various target groups (consumer, partners, FSM) with expertise in subject matter (tech and mobile)
- Conduct product training courses on products knowledge, features, key USP, “How to Show”, technical specifications etc
- Training Field Force team in Concept selling & Shopper Engagement Skills in line with brand direction and selling strategies
- Lead the development of mystery shopping program in line with training outcomes to measure and improve team performance in line with brand and shopper expectations
- Training of Product usage, Ecosystem Linkages, Benefits selling based on usage for Field Force and Consumers
- May maintain and support online training platform with relevant materials, tracks registration and participation rate, etc.
- Coordinates training calendar, class registration and participation, certification process, etc.
- Formulates training outline and determines instructional methods to meet pre-aligned training targets and KPIs on reach, engagement and knowledge retention
- Selects and develops effective training aids, approaches and techniques in line with market situations;
- Communicates with HQ/RHQ on a regular basis
- Smart Academy Program Development and maintenance aimed at consumer outreach to drive knowledge drivers and brand engagement
- Strong leverage of Samsung Plus e-learning tool to drive content push, and brand engagement amongst learners through innovative content development to meet training KPIs
- Support functional requests e.g. media presentations, internal staff training and KOL product information sharing
- All other duties assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience will include developing and coordinating employee training programs and leadership experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and key online communication and training tools
- Relevant experience/ passion for technology, mobile and/or soft skills training
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Updated with field sales, marketing, and product trends.
