Junior HR & Admin Executive
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR and administrative processes, supporting employee engagement, and handling executive support tasks as needed.
HR Coordination
- Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and personnel files with accuracy.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave tracking, benefits administration, and employee database updates.
- Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Assist in HR policy updates and compliance tracking.
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in confidential administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, admin, or executive support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
