Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Flexible work timing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with simple editing applications such as Canva and Capcut is a plus
