Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and assist with scheduling and organizing meetings. The Office Administrator will also provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and organize office filing systems
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
- Min. Polytechnic Diploma or GCE 'A' Level
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
