Job Description:
• Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales reports.
• Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.
• Coordinate sales team meetings, and manage calendars, schedules, and client appointments.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.
• Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
• Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and product presentations.
• Track sales metrics, generate reports, and assist the sales team in meeting their sales targets.
• Manage the CRM system, ensuring all client data is up to date.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
