About Us:
At TheJellyHearts, we’re all about creating a warm, inviting space for our customers to enjoy top-notch coffee and freshly baked treats. As a locally-owned cake chain, we’re excited to open our very first cafe, with a focus on sustainability, outstanding service, and community. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly Cafe Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Handle the cash register and process transactions with accuracy
Assist with opening and closing duties, including organizing stock and managing inventory
Support team members and help foster a positive, collaborative work culture
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Manage table service and customer interactions
Train new staff and assist with scheduling
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Passionate about cakes, coffee, and food, with a strong desire to learn more
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
Positive attitude and a strong team-player mentality
