We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Wire & Cable Assembly Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise soldering and crimping of cable and wire harnesses, primarily in high mix, low volume production.
Read and interpret schematic drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance in assembly processes.
Test and troubleshoot cable assemblies to maintain our high standards of quality and functionality.
Effectively utilize hand tools and adhere to safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant soldering experience; proficiency is essential.
Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
Ability to work a 5.5-day week: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) and Saturday (9 am to 1 pm).
