  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

Maintain full sets of account and prepare monthly management report, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and supporting schedules.
Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany activities.
Generate daily cash flow reports for informed financial decision-making.
Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings.
Compile weekly sales performance reports for management review.
Assist with inquiries and requests from auditors and tax agents.
Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements for audit purposes.
Collaborate with the finance team in developing and maintaining annual and quarterly budgets.
Take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and detailed oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
