Gather patient feedback to find ways to improve services.
Assist patients in navigating hospital services and referrals.
Document patient interactions and issues accurately.
Follow healthcare regulations and hospital policies regarding patient privacy and relations.
Requirements
Minimum GCE “O” levels or equivalent
Experience working in healthcare environment is added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsible and independent.
