The Customer Service Assistant provides support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Assist with orders, checking, tracking, and returns.
Stay updated on products and promotions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and logistics for smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to stay calm & professional under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM (a plus)
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Positive attitude, team player & willingness to learn
Other information
Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm), Alternate Sat (8:30am – 1:00pm)
Transport provided at Yew Tee / Admiralty MRT Station
Only Singaporeans/SPR are preferred for this position
