Authorization transaction approval code or rejection to merchants and branches.
Attended to lost card reporting and liaised with visa and Mastercard centers.
Collection and calling customers for credit card limit in excess, accounts in delinquency,
liaise with law firms to issue letters of demand, recover debts, meet customers and
reporting on substandard accounts.
Settlement of daily visa and Mastercard financial and assisted to analysis of monthly profit and loss accounts.
Process multiple Customer Identity information merge
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Experience in banking or customer service field preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
