Job Position: Marketing and Administrative Executive

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

- Full-time: Mon to Fri (10am-6pm)
- Part-time: Sun, Mon, Tue OR Wed, Thur, Fri (10am-6pm)

*Must be fluent in Spoken Mandarin

*Must be proficient with Social Media Marketing; Ideally Marketing Graduate

Job scope:


Marketing
- Ideate and Create Videos for Company Instagram (Reels)
- Designing of Promotional Banners and Leaflets
- Designing of eNewsletter for MailChimp
- Photography and Videography of Artworks and Gallery as digital assets (Camera provided)
- Produce Marketing Proposals and Presentations for Collaboration with other businesses.

Logistics and Admin
- General Maintenance of Artwork and Gallery (polishing)
- Organise Shipment and/or Installation of Artworks
- Manage update contact/client list on SalesForce and MailChimp
- Produce Documents as required- Sales Report, Inventory, Applications, etc...

Client Relation Management
- Welcome clients professionally, provide information about artwork and artists on display, as well as those included in company portfolio
- Collect visitor information to follow-up, provide presentation tailored to unique interests and specifications
- Respond to enquiries over the phone and via email, building prospective client relationship;
- Create clientele portfolios to keep track and promote sales.



Skills Required
- Video Editing Software (E.g. Canva, Instagram, Capcut)
- Proficient in Social Media Platforms (E.g. Instagram, Facebook)
- Graphic Design software,(Canva- for Marketing Collaterals)
- EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) (MailChimp)
- Google Office and Microsoft Office (E.g. Excel, Words)
