Provide a range of retail and priority banking products like unsecured cards and insurance to targeted segments.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agents (e.g., property agents, brokers) to increase client referrals.
Engage affluent and mass-market clients through marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee events, and networking.
Flexibility to work during off-hours and weekends for campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and regulatory conduct in all business activities.
Collaborate to identify, escalate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of banking sales experience with a proven track record.
Strong knowledge of banking products.
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
