Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support in order to ensure that office support services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare memo for Admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule
  • Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement
  • Handling of company official document for postage or courier. Maintain and record the usage of postages and registered mail
  • Source for suppliers and purchase stationeries
  • Source for suppliers and prepare festivals gifts for clients for occasions
  • Assist to cover reception duties when required
  • Assist in the organising of Company events

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as Company Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words)
