Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development
- Design and develop K2 - S4 Mathematics teaching and learning content for Singapore and potential overseas markets, including but not limited to materials for regular classes and workshops.
- Perform periodic review and revision of K2 – S4 curricula, taking into account feedback from the ground and emerging market trends.
- Design, develop, and vet K2 – S4 Mathematics examination scripts to be used in our partner centres.
- Review K2 – S4 Mathematics examination scripts to be used in our partner centres.
- Work with IT, operations, internal consultants, and external vendors to develop/improve e-learning products for students.
- To stay abreast with the latest educational technologies to develop/improve e-learning products for Singapore and overseas markets.
Professional Development for Coaches
- Provide support for Coaches when required.
- Develop and conduct appropriate internal workshops/trainings held onsite/offsite to improve the knowledge and skills of the Coaches in Singapore and other markets.
- Recommend appropriate training and workshops (conducted by external vendors) to close the performance gaps/learning needs of Coaches.
- Educate Coaches to liaise with parents on curriculum matters.
- Support Coaches in monitoring, assessing, and documenting the student's learning progress and outcomes.
Teaching
- Conduct regular K2 – S4 Mathematics classes at our partner centres or online.
- Relief K2 – S4 Mathematics lessons at our partner centres if necessary.
- Conduct workshops at our partner centres or online.
- Conduct webinars for students and/or parents online.
Marketing
- Provide content for marketing to be used in social media or any other marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing by being involved in filming videos for social media or any other marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing in the creation of marketing content.
Annual Events/ Adhoc Events
- Organise annual or ad-hoc events.
- Provide support at our annual or ad-hoc events.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or education
- Be knowledgeable of the current Primary and/or Secondary Mathematics syllabus
- Have a min 3-5 years of relevant working experience with recent years in education
- Have a min 3-5 years of experience in teaching
- Have experience in teacher professional development and/or curriculum design and development
- Be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good command of spoken and written English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
