About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SCM Manager with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with the Operations Director to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality materials procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships.
Ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Optimize supply chain strategies for business growth.
Oversee inventory, logistics, and stocktaking.
Analyze shipping data for process improvements.
Lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong ERP knowledge, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
International exposure with training in Japan and Singapore.
