  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Gumption Coffee, Wheelock Place, Singapore

Job Description: Gumption Coffee is seeking a friendly, motivated part-time Retail Salesperson for our Wheelock location. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting our premium specialty coffee products, process transactions, and maintain store presentation. If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy engaging with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.

  • Guide customers through our range of coffee beans, pods, and accessories.

  • Process sales transactions accurately.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

  • Stay informed on product knowledge and ongoing promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for specialty coffee.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
