Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

  • Maintain a well-presented and inviting showroom that reflects the brand’s luxury image.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.

  • Manage inventory, product displays, and merchandising to optimize sales potential.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in luxury furniture or home décor.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Sales-driven with a passion for interior design and premium furnishings.

  • Ability to work on weekends as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
