Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in aligning design details with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress aligns with project goals
  • Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved architectural plans
  • Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval
  • Ensure all architectural works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, mechanical design engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant architectural software is preferred
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
