
HR Specialist, Recruitment & Training
About the role
As an HR Specialist, Recruitment & Training at Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and designing impactful training programs to ensure the continuous growth and development of our employees.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and create and implement training initiatives that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across departments
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
Develop and implement effective training programs for employees
Manage employee training, skills enhancement and growth initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment, preferably within the audio-visual industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organisational goals
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources in Local (SG) Polytechnic/University
