Vice President, Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand our FX and cross-border payment business in Singapore and South East Asia market
- Leverage your network to build a robust client pipeline and strategic partnerships
- Devise and implement sales and business strategies, lead the team and work closely with cross-functional team to expand our business and to achieve targets.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team
- Ensure all business operations comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with at least 8 years of leadership role.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline(s);
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans and objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
