Senior Associate, Accounting Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate, Accounting Services to manage a portfolio of clients independently. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients independently, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including:
- Processing bank payments and preparing sales invoices.
- Data entry into accounting software.
- Preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
- Payroll processing and compliance.
- Preparation and submission of GST and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure all reporting and compliance deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues across international offices to maintain service excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Accounting qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in Client Accounting services will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply it in practice.
- Familiarity with Singapore Tax, GST, CPF, and regulatory filing requirements.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and DocuSign; familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage.
