We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate, Accounting Services to manage a portfolio of clients independently. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including:
  • Processing bank payments and preparing sales invoices.
  • Data entry into accounting software.
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
  • Payroll processing and compliance.
  • Preparation and submission of GST and corporate tax returns.
  • Ensure all reporting and compliance deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues across international offices to maintain service excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience in Client Accounting services will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply it in practice.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Tax, GST, CPF, and regulatory filing requirements.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and DocuSign; familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage.
