Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and taking meeting minutes
  • Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
  • Assist in organizing project-related travel, accommodations, and logistics
  • Responsible for the documents control for general submissions
  • Facilitate document review and approval
  • To ensure that all documents are updated to latest versions for issuance to Client / Consultant / Sub-Contractors
  • Communicate project updates, schedules, and any administrative issues to stakeholders
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
