  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential transaction opportunities in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Iraq.
  • Identify potential merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities in the upstream oil and gas sector.
  • Develop M&A strategies for the upstream oil and gas industry, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Conduct asset valuation and risk analysis.
  • Negotiate with target companies and their shareholders to reach M&A agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Business, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in M&A within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the upstream sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Note: Our company has offices in Shenzhen, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Candidates can choose their preferred office location based on their circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
