  • To be fully responsible for the daily operation of the service centre at the project site.
  • To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
  • To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
  • To manage the information telephone line as well as the information desk
  • To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
  • To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
  • To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely/weekly/monthly status report to client.
  • To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
  • To assist in the preparation of ISO.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Candidate must possess a minimum O Levels/ Nitec certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Experience in handling HDB BTO projects is preferred;
  • 5 days work week, off on Sunday and one weekday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
