Delivery Manager (Health & Education)
Monday to Friday , 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $6000-10000

Responsibilities :-
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders.

2. Team Management:
Lead and motivate delivery teams to ensure high performance and quality
standards.
Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and support to team
members.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Ensure that delivery processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with
organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

5. Financial Management:
Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness of delivery operations.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

6. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Implement quality control processes and methodologies.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of delivery processes and outcomes.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and project
documentation.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a delivery management or project
management role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project,
Trello).
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare).
Experience with cloud-based platforms, software development, or digital
transformation projects.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
