Job Description

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for security officer roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with training institutions.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for security positions, ensuring they meet regulatory and client requirements.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all candidates meet the licensing and certification requirements set by the Singapore Police Force and other regulatory bodies (e.g., PLRD).
  • Verify necessary documentation, such as education qualifications, security licenses, and employment eligibility.

Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including medical checks, uniform fittings, and orientation.
  • Provide guidance on licensing applications and renewals as required.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the operations team to understand client requirements and deployment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including training providers and community organizations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and propose improvements.

Workforce Planning:

  • Support manpower planning efforts to ensure adequate staffing for all contracts and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the security or manpower services industry in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with fast pace hiring processes for security officers, including licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and clients effectively
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • A team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,750.00 - $3,250.00 per month
