  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager with monitoring the site works progress
  • To ensure Contractor’s site works are in-line with the scope of works and schedule to provide updates to the Project Manager/ Engineer for site work
  • Works with project QAQC and Safety to ensure that quality plans or HSSE plans associated with the project aligns with internal standards, SOPs and technical specifications.
  • To support weekly and monthly Engineering / Project meetings with the Project Manager for follow-up action with the Contractors
  • Support in coordinating meetings between external departments, vendors, suppliers, etc, for meetings, alignment on schedule and timelines that could affect the project schedule.
  • Support project documentation and administration
  • Assist the Project Manager in any commercial matters related to the project.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Background in any Science or Engineering discipline (Preferably Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc) or equivalent
  • Good software knowledge and skills in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment
  • Possess good communication (oral), presentation and written skills
  • Willingness to go to site and position in site office
