Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage (80% of Time Spent)

  • Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor
  • Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition
  • Manage the monthly order and sales to achieve monthly BP
  • Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports)
  • Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to allocated dealer
  • Special pricing approval (preparation and obtain approval from supervisors)
  • Ensure dealer maximize Sales Campaign
  • Maintain dealer organization chart and MLAP records
  • Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand
  • Plan & conduct dealer / customer visits to enhance dealer development and/or discuss operational issues.
  • Product refreshment training.
  • Propose and carry out actions for further development of market in region in charge.

2. Market Performance Development (5% of Time Spent)

  • Analyse the market trend and customer needs in the region in charge.
  • Constant feedback of competitors’ product and trend to Product Marketing for future product development.
  • Analyse competitors’ sales activities, strategies and propose yearly action.

3. Strengthening Distribution Resilience (5% of Time Spent)

  • Analyse dealers’ business model. Set action plans to improve dealers’ distribution resilience.
  • Analyse dealers’ profit contribution and further improves on revenue mix

4. Accounts Receivable (5% of Time Spent)

  • Accounts receivable collections & follow up

5. Special Projects/Process Enhancement (5% of Time Spent)

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in similar industry
  • Business/finance acumen
  • Cross cultural sensitivity
  • International Travel (30%)
