Job Description

  • Manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6)
  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
  • Identify critical path and monitor project timelines, ensuring any delays are promptly addressed.
  • Assist in the development of resource-loaded schedules to ensure efficient allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and track project progress against the planned schedule, ensuring that key milestones are being achieved
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, highlighting any variances in schedule, budget, or scope
  • Work closely with the design, engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  • Participate in regular project review meetings to report progress and address issues
  • Proactively identify risks to the project schedule, such as supply chain issues, design changes, or unforeseen site conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all planning documentation, including schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction or engineering sector, preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing design and build projects, especially for large-scale industrial plants.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor plant infrastructure, utilities, cleanroom construction, and specialized systems is a plus
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
  • The candidate must be bilingual, fluent in both Mandarin and English
