Senior HR Executive
Objective: Act as the HR Operation lead, supervise daily operation and ensuring compliance, governance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR policy improvement & process optimization.
Supervision of HR operations (Payroll, Admin, Compliance).
Government compliance & reporting(employment laws, MOM submissions).
Handling employee grievances & disputes.
Corporate & employee insurance management.
Assist in Talent Acquisition & Training if required.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in the full spectrum of Human Resources duties
- Experience working in a company with staff strength between 20 to 80 pax
- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc) would be an added advantage
