Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for key SEA accounts.
  • Collaborate with Channel Director on short- and long-term business plans for regional IT managed partners.
  • Manage business plan execution through stakeholder consultation and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to grow the Channel partnership base by understanding regional vertical markets.
  • Meet IT partner business targets, align internal strategies, and support partners with training and resources.
  • Develop marketing programs, manage sales funnels, resolve conflicts, and ensure operational and financial management for partners.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in account/partner management, ideally with regional key accounts.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales business plans.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a focus on ownership of challenges and opportunities.
