Sales Specialist (Pharmaceutical)

About the Role - Responsible for selling the company’s services (e.g., maintenance and service contracts); primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of CES service contract in Singapore.
- Responsible for account and channel management, identification of new targeted accounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability.
- Account planning and data analysis so as to recover lost orders and contribute to growth in both service contract and consumables revenue.
- Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain close relationship with customers and dealers.
- Develop and maintain accounts/prospect records.
- Source, analyze and report competitors’ information and product strategy.
- Follow up and track accounts receivables.
- Ability to transfer product knowledge to other sales & service colleagues.
- Billable PM service, service consumables and core service relocation services quotations.
- Coordinate with customer care for PM job schedule.
- Work with 3rd party vendor for supporting equipment repair or calibration.
Qualifications - Degree/Diploma holders in chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/Life Science or equivalent discipline
Required Skills -
- At least 3-5 years of service sales experience in related industry.
- Good inter-personal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Team player with assertive and result oriented personality with drive and high energy.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong and confident decision maker who is capable and has the experience to make tough decision when required for a sales and service organization.
- Capable of building a strong link between the company and awareness of needs of customers.
- Understand need and consider external customers and/or internal clients in decisions and actions.
- Create an environment which enhances trust, learning and entrepreneurship.
