Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the executive leadership team from initial analysis of strategic options, defining of strategy and deal evaluation through to due diligence and completion
- Identify opportunities and risks during the transaction processes and to support in ensuring that the company satisfy the due diligence requirements of the various stakeholders
- Assist to review existing legal framework and contract arrangements
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Prepare the information memorandum, draft reports and presentations based on insights from management and executive leadership
- Be actively involved in project management throughout the transaction cycle covering preparation of data room for potential investors, Q&A management and to facilitate any tasks as necessary for the transaction to completion
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree and professional qualifications, legal background will be viewed upon favourably
- At least 4 years relevant experience in corporate law/ in-house strategy/ other similar working experiences in corporate advisory
- A strong understanding of the due diligence process
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Breadth and Depth in the understanding of the various aspects of the due diligence process
- Ability to write in a clear, succinct, and engaging manner, argue compellingly, and present data intelligently
- Good communication skills in English
- Collaborative approach with management, pragmatic and resourceful problem solving, and ability to work across many facets of our business (including financial, legal, and regulatory)
