  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank, to look for a Change Control Specialist
  • Focus: Ensure that all BAU changes, enhancements, project implementations going into the production environment does not disrupt or cause any risk to the existing production environment.
  • 12 months contract from 1 April onwards

The Talent

  • At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in change management, banking
  • Good to have some technical knowledge in application and infra support/development
  • This is a 24x7 standby job role, and candidate must be willing to take calls and attend to work whenever required. The 24x7 standby will be on a rotational basis

The Job

  1. Manage day-to-day normal and emergency change requests.
  2. Investigate change violations / unauthorized change requests and ensure that all cases are properly documented, reviewed and signoff by MDs. Ensure disciplinary actions are enforced.
  3. Review and assess the risk of all changes for Change Board meetings.
  4. Review justification of change requests during freeze periods for MD's approval.
  5. Chair Change Board meetings.
  6. Identify and resolve process and execution issues with necessary stakeholders such as Application Support, Infrastructure and Change Teams.
  7. Oversee creation and availability of management, process reports, analyze and review reports.
  8. Manage applications under change freeze, justify and assess the risk of change appeals to MD.
  9. Oversee completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations.
  10. Establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Act as an escalation focal point for all roles involved in the change process
