Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive to join our vibrant team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, managing policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling a broad range of HR functions. Your expertise will help us cultivate a positive work environment and drive effective personnel management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including payroll oversight.
- Oversee personnel management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Handle a variety of HR-related administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.
- Utilize HR software and systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources and HR management.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with employee benefits, compensation structures, and payroll processes.
