- Partner hiring managers to understand job requirements and acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
- Creating and posting job descriptions on job boards.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
- Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role in the construction and/or engineering industry would be preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands employment laws and regulations.
