Regional Quality Manager – Commercial & Distribution (Pharma MNC, hybrid)
Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to improving health and well-being through innovative medicines and healthcare solutions.
They are seeking a Regional Quality Manager – Commercial & Distribution based in Singapore to join the Quality Assurance team. The role will focus on ensuring the consistent application of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance across commercial entities, distributors, and service providers in Asia.

Responsibilities:
This role accounts for all quality matters within the Asia region pertaining to commercial entities, distributors, and service providers to maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, GDP, GMP standards through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and align improvement areas with quality leads and cross-functional heads.
- Address critical quality incidents promptly to minimize supply or reputational risks.
- Manage potential recall situations and ensure readiness for regulatory changes that could impact quality processes and upstream operations.
- Oversee supply chain activities in Asia’s commercial entities, ensuring quality at every stage.
- Act as the primary contact for supply chain and commercial quality issues.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure readiness for health authority evaluations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance during New Product Introduction and manage third-party provider quality.
- Develop the team's capabilities to meet organizational objectives and improve quality practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field; science or engineering preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry, with 5 years in regional commercial quality roles.
- Expertise in commercial phase quality management, including distribution, supply chain, and GDP standards.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills to work with logistics, distributors, and commercial teams.
- Proven leadership experience, guiding teams through change and transformation in alignment with business goals.
