Job Scope:
- Perform clinical and administrative duties
- Schedule patient appointments and registration
- Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
- Registration of patients and provide customer service
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
- Process of billing transactions under different government schemes
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
- Operate Clinic Management System
- Proficiency in managing insurance claims is preferred
- Able to translate between English and Mandarin for the doctors

Job Details:
- Orchard Area
- Up to $3,500 per month
- Staggered Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm or 8.45am to 6pm or 9am to 6.15pm, Sat 8am to 2pm
- Able to work every Saturday and will be entitled to ONE (1) weekday off-in-lieu weekly
