Fulfilment Operations Manager - Fast Growing F&B Brand

Job Summary:
We are looking for an intelligent, genuine and systematic Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end fulfillment and production process within the fast-paced F&B business. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence, and has a desire to gain serious exposure to the ins and outs of the F&B/lifestyle business and be at the heart of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust inventory tracking system (C&K Systems) to enhance accuracy, minimise waste, and improve efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, and distribution of perishable and non-perishable food products.
- Track and analyze key fulfillment metrics, including order accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries by managing daily fulfillment and coordinating with logistics partners, cold chain providers, and 3PL vendors.
- Streamline fulfillment workflows to handle high-volume operations, peak periods, and demand fluctuations efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and demand forecasting to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore’s food safety regulations (SFA) and import/export guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations in the F&B industry is mandatory.
- Experience working with last-mile delivery, cold chain logistics, and 3PL coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems fulfillment workflows.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations in Singapore, including SFA (Singapore Food Agency), NEA (National Environment Agency), and HACCP standards.
- Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and a structured, process-driven approach.
