Location: Bedok/Jalan Besar
Working Hrs: 10am to 10pm (6 days work) 2hrs break in between
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the management of daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality aligns with the restaurant’s standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food preparation and safety protocols.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and innovative culinary creations.
- Track food inventory levels, place supply orders, and oversee stock management.
- Implement food cost control measures to maintain consistent cost margins.
- Review customer feedback and refine recipes and preparation methods to enhance food quality.
- Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with local regulations.
- Lead by example through active participation in cooking and kitchen management.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a Chinese restaurant environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and flavor
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding kitchen teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
