* Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media platforms, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Trading industry.
* Research Skills: Experience in research is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
* Flexible Hours: Be adaptable to working late hours and able to work Weekends and Public Holidays.
* Market Research: Conduct customer observations and research to generate leads.
* Digital Marketing: Manage Google advertisements, including campaign management.
* Social Media Expertise: Handle Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts - from content creation to management.
* Content Production: Take videos, edit, and share them on social media platforms.
* Campaign Management: Identify and manage marketing campaigns.
* Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide weekly reports.
* Market Analysis: Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market trends, competitor's share, strengths, and weaknesses.
* Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers, and Operations Managers to develop tactical Trading Business.
