Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle General Administrative Duties.
· Provide support to various departments to ensure smooth day to day operations.
· Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc.
· Assists in various HR activities including orientation, training and on-boarding and etc.
· Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report.
· Check and submit employees' leave and claim.
· Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc.
· Provide general administrative & clerical support and etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Administrator or HR related fields
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 days work week
