Senior Program Manager, Digital Products - APAC
The Role
This role is responsible for regional program management for all digital products and solutions across APAC markets. Digital solutions comprise currently fleet management solutions, warehouse management and automatization software solutions, digital energy solutions and in general data driven products and solutions for warehouse equipment.
In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, this role will be responsible for managing digital products across their product life-cycle enhancing local portfolio by adding new or rolling out central product portfolio with adaptations where needed to penetrate APAC markets, as well as managing corresponding projects across the region.
The position will work closely with the Head of Main Segment Digital Products in Europe, the Corporate Product Program team in Europe and APAC, Country Sales and After Sales Representatives in APAC and international development leads.
What you'll be doing:
- Portfolio and product management for Jungheinrich digital products and solutions in APAC
- Heading and carrying out market, competition, and trend analysis across all APAC countries in collaboration with local sales representatives defining regional requirement clusters
- Contributing to global portfolio strategy by conception and coordination of product strategies, business cases and roadmaps in collaboration with headquarter and all relevant stakeholders
- Steering of requirements management, shaping, introduction and further development of digital solutions and of all measures along the product life cycle
- Support of marketing and Sales measures in APAC
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Product management, business administration, IT, Industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product management in the field of digital products within an international environment
- Experience in planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity along the product life cycle, involving but not limited to the areas of market analysis, requirement engineering, product planning and launch
- Previous work experience in B2B environment is highly beneficial
- Sound knowledge of digital products/data-based business models, strategy development, Design thinking, agile methods
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Entrepreneurial thinking and excellent diplomatic and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Proactive, reliable and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities
- Self-initiated, strong drive and result-oriented
- Ability to undertake international travel when required
- Experience of working within an international European headquartered company
- A formal qualification in product/ project management is desirable
- Proficient in the full MS Office suite of programs
