The Role

This role is responsible for regional product management for all energy solutions products across APAC markets. Energy solutions comprise energy modules/batteries, charging solutions and digital energy solutions.

In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, this role will be responsible for managing energy solution products across their product life cycles enhancing local portfolio performance by adding new and/or rolling out central product portfolio with adaptations where needed to penetrate APAC markets, as well as managing corresponding projects across the region.

The position will work closely with the Head of Main Segment Energy Solutions Products in Europe, the Corporate Product Program team in Europe and APAC, country sales and after sales representatives in APAC and international development leads.

What you'll be doing:

  • Portfolio and product management for energy solutions products in APAC
  • Heading and carrying out market, competition and trend analysis across all APAC countries in collaboration with the local/regional sales organization
  • Contributing to global product strategy by defining regional requirement clusters, business cases and roadmaps in collaboration with Jungheinrich head quarter and all relevant stakeholders
  • Steering of requirements management, shaping, introduction and further development of energy solutions and of all measures along the product life cycle
  • Support of marketing and Sales measures in APAC

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of product management, business administration with technical focus, engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience ideally in an international B2B context with a focus on Product Management or Project Management.
  • Previous work experience in material handling industry is highly beneficial
  • Track record in project management of varying size and complexity along the product life cycle, involving but not limited to the areas of market analysis, requirement engineering, product planning and launch
  • Sound knowledge of relevant energy solutions processes, business models, strategy development not limited to our industry
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and excellent diplomatic and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
  • Proactive, reliable and highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous parallel projects with competing priorities
  • Self-initiated, strong drive and result oriented
  • Ability to undertake international travel when required
  • Experience of working within an international European headquartered company
  • A formal qualification in product/ project management is highly beneficial
  • Proficient in the full MS Office suite of programs
