- Build relationships with marine industry clients (shipyards, boat owners, suppliers).
- Identify sales opportunities and expand client networks locally/internationally.
- Deliver technical support and solutions for marine products.
- Achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed base salary of 2,500–2,800 during 3–6 month training/probation.
- Uncapped commission structure post-training.
- 13th-month AWS bonus + performance-linked variable bonus (1–1.5 months).
