What You'll Do
As a Youth Empowerment Trainer, you will:
- Deliver Transformative Training: Conduct engaging and impactful sessions that inspire youth to reach their potential.
- Mentor Emerging Talent: Develop and guide Training Associates, shaping the next generation of trainers.
- Innovate Curriculums: Design fresh, relevant training materials to address today’s challenges.
- Manage Operations: Ensure smooth program delivery through effective administration.
- Connect Digitally: Use social media to engage with youth and extend your reach.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate individual with:
- A strong desire to empower and inspire youth.
- Energy and relatability to connect with young audiences.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Experience in training, teaching, or youth mentorship (preferred).
- Familiarity with Singapore’s education system (MOE, CCA, etc.) is a bonus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- An interest in leveraging social media for youth engagement.
