Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse user feedback after each enquiry to identify gaps or challenges in security configurations, translating such feedback into insights to enhance the user experience and security metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports with trends and insights based on key metrics (e.g., user engagement, portal usage, enquiry nature, and response times), update the Authority through monthly meetings, highlighting progress, challenges, and possible improvements, and conduct a report review
- To review the IHP website for inactive or malfunctioning links, ensure that all information is up to date, and assess the relevance of IHP security metrics assessments (e.g., HTTPS, DKIM, DMARC, etc.) providing recommendations for improvements.
- To engage industry association to perform bulk assessments of member website and email domian, identifying those that do not meet full compliance with standards. The assigned engineer will provide guidance and support to help these organisations to achieve 100% compliance
- To develop comprehensive strategies to engage target audience
Requirements
- Expertise in IHP knowledge and internet and email security, including IPv4, IPv6, HTTPS, Cryptography protocols, secure communication protocols (e.g., SSL, TLS), StartTLS, DNSSEC, SPF, DMARC, DANE, and DKIM.
- Must have relevant education or work experience in these areas to effectively convey complex technical information and address enquiries professionally.
- This includes providing accurate, timely responses to email enquiries and offering technical guidance to help enterprises enhance the security configurations of their digital services
