- Lead and implement financial governance, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements.
- Oversee the management of Legal and Tax Audit affairs, ensuring that all legal and tax obligations are met efficiently.

Requirements:
- Desired Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent business experience. A minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience within a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in conveying complex financial analyses and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Excel and M365 Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and other M365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), including data analysis, financial reporting, and automation.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of a complex oil and gas services business or similar industries.
- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams. Experience in effectively influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to shape future business direction.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand and anticipate financial needs in a dynamic business environment.
