Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the commissioning team to meet customer expectations, managing Cx meetings and vendor project managers.
  • Develop test scripts and commissioning plans for Integrated Systems Test (IST), aligning with the Datacentre's needs and project specifics.
  • Actively participate in customer equipment FWT/SAT/IST and liaise with customer commissioning teams/agents.
  • Prepare and submit test reports and documentation, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, system start-up, and performance testing, ensuring alignment with project execution plans.
  • Provide commissioning inputs for equipment test plans, review design issues, and report updates to external stakeholders like the Cx Agent and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Center Commissioning
  • Good Power Experience
  • Have extensive experience with UPS and HVAC systems
  • Strong Knowledge Underground expertise in MEP Services and Systems implementation
  • Good knowledge of T&C processes for Electrical/ELV Systems/ACMV
  • Ability to test dry contact alarms with thorough understanding of alarm and control integration.
  • Understanding of BMS integration of 3rd party products through dry contacts and IP monitoring
